I have a specific design in my head, are you able to make this?

At CdK we would love to help you create a personal design. However, we do have our own style that we maintain throughout every piece that we make. We would advise you to have a look at the webshop to see if our style speaks to you. If yes, book an appointment and bring your ideas / Pinterest board / drawings with you. ;) Let's design a beautiful piece together!

Do I have to make an appointment to visit the store?

You are very welcome to drop by our store to try something on or to get inspired! You don’t need an appointment for this. At CdK there is always someone in the store to help you one-on-one. If you have a specific design question, or if you want to try many different pieces, we advise you to book an appointment, so we can make sure to reserve enough time for you.

How long does it take to make the jewel?

At CdK we craft to order. This means that we start the crafting process after we receive your order. This process usually takes 3 to 6 weeks. If you need a piece before a specific date, please let us know before ordering and we will try our best to make this happen!

Is it possible to choose a different type of gemstone for the models in your collection?

For most models this is a possibility. Please get in touch with us and we will provide you with the options for the specific model that you are interested in.

Someone close to me passed away. Could you make a jewel with their ashes in it?

Yes, we can make jewelry with ashes in it so you can wear your loved one close to you. We take a little bit of ash and place this for example under a stone in a ring or in in the back of a golden pendant. Please book an appointment and we will take our time to design a beautiful piece together. 

I already have some golden jewelry at home that I never wear. Would you be able to use my old gold in a new jewel? 

This really depends on the gold that you currently have and the new design that you would like to make. We advise you to book an appointment and bring your gold to the appointment. Then we will have a look at your items and explain the options to you for the new design.

Do you also make jewelry in white gold?

Yes, most models we can make in white gold as well. Please contact us and we will tell you if this possible for the specific model that you are interested in.

How long do I have a warranty on my jewelry?

We provide a 5 year warranty on all jewelry.

How long does it take to alter a CdK jewel? (for example changing the ring size)

Small alterations take 1 or 2 weeks. Possible cost will be discussed with a goldsmith. Did you know that changing the ring size is free of charge? The first time is on us. Very useful in case of engagements and other surprises. :)
